Return & Exchange Policy

At Signografx, we aim to deliver quality products and excellent service. Most of our products are made to order, and we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review the following policies:

  • Return/Exchange Window: You must request a return or exchange within 30 days of the original shipping date.

  • Custom Items: Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Authorization Required: No return or exchange will be accepted without prior authorization from our customer service team.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost or offer a full refund, including shipping, upon return of the affected item.


Exchanges

We are happy to exchange products for items of equal value. You are responsible for:

  • Shipping cost of the exchanged product, and

  • Return shipping of the original item.

If you need an item urgently, we recommend placing a new order and requesting a return for the original item separately.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in new, unused condition, in original packaging, and suitable for resale.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is damaged or defective.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Items returned without authorization or shipped freight-collect will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as "Sale"

  • Hazardous materials (flammable liquids or gases)


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or card provider.

  • If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund approval, please contact us.


EU Customers – 14-Day Right to Cancel

If you are located in the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. This allows you to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Shipping Policy

Shipping Time Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Two-Day Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. Please contact us directly for urgent or expedited orders.

Shipping Outside Continental U.S.

  • Additional fees apply for orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. Contact us for a shipping quote.

PO Boxes

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. A physical address is required.

Split Shipments

  • Shipping to multiple addresses is available but may incur additional charges. Contact us to arrange this.

Using Your Own Shipping Account

  • If you’d like to use your own shipping account, please email us with the details before completing your order.
