Can I upload my own artwork? Yes — many custom products let you upload artwork or configure size, material, and sides. We review files before printing.

What file formats do you accept? High-resolution PNG, JPG, or PDF work best. Email us if you're unsure.

Shipping

How long will my order take? Ready-made signs ship in 1–2 business days; custom items in 3–7. See our Shipping Policy.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes, on orders over $75 within the contiguous US.

Returns

What's your return policy? Ready-made items can be returned within 30 days. Custom items are non-returnable unless defective. See Returns & Exchanges.
